In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "rsvip", "we", "us", "our" refers to the rsvip platform, operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity accessible at rsvip.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on rsvip or accesses any rsvip service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the rsvip platform.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, instant game, live dealer, sports wagering, and related services made available through rsvip.bet.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's rsvip Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately tracked bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by rsvip before any withdrawal is processed, including submission of valid CNIC or other accepted identification documents.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any actions listed under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which rsvip operates and which governs its legal obligations to players.

By registering an Account on rsvip, accessing any rsvip Service, or placing any wager or game bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with rsvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use any rsvip Service. Continued use of the rsvip platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement. rsvip Services are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rsvip will verify your age as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using rsvip Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. rsvip makes no representation that its Services are legal in every jurisdiction from which a player may attempt to access them. Players who access rsvip from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited do so at their own legal risk.

3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) rsvip Account at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.4 Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 KYC Verification. rsvip reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rsvip Account login credentials, including your username and password. rsvip strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify rsvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. rsvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate and current. In the event that any registered information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account details — you must update your Account information promptly.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Your rsvip Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an Account is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.5 Account Currency. All rsvip Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, game stakes, and balances are expressed and settled in PKR. rsvip does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rsvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. rsvip will publish current accepted payment methods in the cashier section of the platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the rsvip cashier section and may differ by payment method. rsvip reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed full KYC verification, including CNIC submission and payment method verification. rsvip will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. rsvip aims to process withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts on the same business day the request is submitted, subject to fraud and compliance checks. JazzCash wallet withdrawals typically clear within a few hours of approval. rsvip does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines but is committed to meeting same-day processing as its standard operating target.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. rsvip requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method previously registered and verified on the Account. This requirement exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and cannot be waived.

5.6 Funds Segregation. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from rsvip's own operational funds. This segregation is required under rsvip's international gaming licence and ensures that player balances are protected regardless of rsvip's operational financial position.

5.7 Suspicious Transactions. rsvip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. rsvip will communicate any such hold to the affected Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on rsvip is governed by specific rules published within the game interface or sportsbook market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in relation to that specific game or market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. rsvip reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet has been placed on a market that has been suspended, where a technical error has affected odds display, or where rsvip has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.3 Obvious Errors. Where odds, payouts, or game outcomes are affected by a manifest technical error or pricing mistake, rsvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. rsvip will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

6.4 Cricket & PSL Markets. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test matches, T20 Internationals, and ODIs — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). Interrupted or abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the specific market rules published at the time the market was offered.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. rsvip does not accept liability for bets that could not be placed due to network conditions outside its control. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player.

6.6 RNG Integrity. All slot and instant game outcomes on rsvip are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by real dealers operating in certified studio environments. rsvip does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rsvip are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those credits may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods are stated in the applicable promotion terms at the time the promotion is offered.

7.3 Bonus Misuse. rsvip reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is misusing promotions — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting bonus terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, or coordinating with other Players to benefit from the same promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Credits cannot be reinstated. rsvip may, at its discretion, notify Players of approaching bonus expiry but is not obligated to do so.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. rsvip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a Player has already claimed the promotion and is actively meeting the stated wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rsvip and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or international regulatory bodies:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one rsvip Account simultaneously;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit, where such activity is determined by rsvip's risk team to be outside normal player behaviour;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using rsvip Services for the purposes of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits made to your rsvip Account with your payment provider;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their knowledge or consent;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any rsvip content without prior written authorisation.

9.1 Commitment. rsvip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. rsvip operates a strict 21+ age policy and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all rsvip Account holders and can be accessed directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from all rsvip Services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to create new Accounts on rsvip during the exclusion period. Any Account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance held will be returned to the Player after applicable verification.

9.4 Minors. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your rsvip Account or the rsvip platform. rsvip recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.

All content on the rsvip platform — including but not limited to the rsvip brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, game graphics, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of rsvip or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rsvip platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any rsvip content without prior written consent from rsvip.

Any unauthorised use of rsvip intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of odds data — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

rsvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rsvip collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and transaction history for the purposes of Account administration, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering obligations.

rsvip does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required under rsvip's international licence obligations. All data transfers are subject to appropriate security safeguards.

12.1 Platform Availability. rsvip makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service outages may affect platform availability. rsvip will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rsvip excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of rsvip Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

12.3 Maximum Liability. Where rsvip is found to be liable to a Player under these Terms, rsvip's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

12.4 Force Majeure. rsvip is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond rsvip's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or payment network outages.

13.1 rsvip's Right to Suspend. rsvip reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, prohibited activity, or where required to do so under its licence obligations.

13.2 rsvip's Right to Close. rsvip may permanently close an Account where: (a) a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; (b) KYC documents cannot be verified; (c) the Player has been self-excluded; or (d) rsvip determines that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk.

13.3 Player's Right to Close. You may close your rsvip Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, rsvip will process any remaining verified balance to your registered withdrawal method after completing applicable security checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

13.4 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the rsvip platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive closure — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and prohibited activities — will continue to apply after closure.

rsvip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the rsvip platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of rsvip Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using rsvip Services and submit an Account closure request as described in Section 13.3.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rsvip's international gaming licence. rsvip operates under an international licence and is not subject to the domestic gaming laws of any particular player's jurisdiction for the purposes of these Terms.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and rsvip, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. rsvip will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

15.3 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through rsvip's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under rsvip's international gaming licence. 15.4 Time Limit. Any claim or dispute arising under these Terms must be raised with rsvip within 6 months of the date on which the circumstances giving rise to the claim first arose. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.
